Description

Fly my children. Fly, and find the unexpected heroes, find those who gave their lives for others without thinking, find those who were brave without being asked. Find them so their names will be known, find them so they can be praised and worshipped. And find the innocents, who were sacrificed and bring me their tears so I can taste them and make them immortal. And finally...find the cowards, who hid behind cruelty. Find those who think themselves heroes and brave but who were nothing but monsters. Find them so I can feed from their souls and bring them eternal pain and horror.

The God of War, original fictional characters, slightly based on the Greek Nemesis as well as the Irish Morrígan, who he shares his name with. Probably the original Morrígan is his mother. He will meet his better half finally in a human, unexpected...or more his better half meets him unexpected when Mo has been captured by some warlord in a dystopian future who wants to use the powers of the "young" God for his purposes -- and Sebastian, who is a mercenary, has no idea who the cute boy is he saves from a cage...and who will shake up his life pretty much.

Mo has been made in Daz Studio 4.6 pro
Rendered with 3delight in several layers and postworked in Photoshop CS5 for composition and color adjustment

You really do some of the best Daz stuff I've seen because you seem always to try and create an environment as realistic as the central figure. You also use classic color schemes and lighting, which reduces the "digital" feeling and increases the art feeling  It is a powerful scene, and reminds me a little of a certain famous painting that sadly I can't recall the name of.
My monitor is set dark with high contrast, so the figure actually gets lost a little bit in a black on black scenario. I have that problem in my own art sometimes in that a color or shade will end up dominating an image and I'll lose my composition
I still think it's brilliant that you pair these with characters and stories, truly making a world of your own :la:
