The Captain

Character study of another of my OCs -- Nicholas Jourdan, 17th century buccaneer and captain of the Lady Jane, who will meet the love of his life in form of the English priest Sir Jeremy 'Remy' Cavendish while capturing the ship Remy is passenger on and taking him prisoner.


Remark: other than common belief, homosexuality seems to have been neither unusual nor stigmatized among buccaneers, they even had a form of same sex marriage, the matelotage.
